Oreo Cake

1 bag oreos

8 oz cream cheese

1/2 cup butter

1 cup powdered sugar

1 large carton cool whip

2 instant vanilla puddings

3 cups milk

1 tsp vanilla

Crush cookies and put in bottom of 9 x 13 dish saving a few for garnish.

Beat cream cheese and butter until creamy, add powdered sugar, then mix in cool whip.

Mix pudding and milk, then combine the two mixtures.

Place on top of cookies.

Garnish with remaining cookies.

Freeze 4- 6 hours til firm.

    Where I work we have alot of FOOD DAYS, potlucks, I am always required to bring this dish along with any other I can make. People always ask how and where I learned to cook, I just say i’m from the SOUTH, most the times i get back “All we need to know” LOL They love the southern cooking.
