Blonde Brownies

2 Eggs
2 Cups Light Brown Sugar
2 Cups Self Rising Flour
2/3 Cup Canola Oil
6 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1 tsp Vanilla

Combine eggs, flour and oil – Batter will be stiff

Add chocolate chips, walnuts and vanilla

Mix Well

Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan

Bake 325 – 30 minutes until golden brown – Do NOT overcook

Let cool and cut into squares
